  1. On one of the other forums i'm in we created a table for best laptimes at different tracks around nz. It was kinda cool to see what others where doing. I'm hopefully getting the wheel bearings sorted next week (get paid tomorrow), and i'll be able to get back out on the track with you lot.
  2. !@#@#^%$!@# why does the 205 have to be broken.... need more speed in my life.... What sort of laptimes you boys doing?
  3. I need to top up the Air Con in my daily but my friend has everything to do it bar the r134a connection. I can't be bothered with buying a connection because i'm a cheap ass... so anyone willing to lend me one? If not i'll bite the bullet and buy one.
  4. Sparkle I was on call at the pub... Laptop plus data sharing from cellphone = internees access anyways... You can be on call at the pub/beach/lacrosse field
  5. Ill try and make it but it will be in grampa as the 205's wheel bearing isn't fixed.
  6. I can confirm those magnet base orange spinning lights will stay on the roof at 145...
  7. Harry Hogge: When the rear end's loose, the car's fast. Loose is fast, and on the edge of out of control.
  8. Nothing too much happening with the 205 as its broken a wheel bearing and I'm broke... But a new project will start soon as I was just given a set of 45mm 4age throttle bodies for free!!! Whoop whoop so time to start looking at the itb setup then!
  9. I think I've talked the gf into this...
  10. I'll see if i feel confident in the 205's ability to not loose a wheel on the way over...
  11. I'll see about making it after lacrosse... might be there 8:30ish
  12. Ok I feel like a retard now... I forgot to mention Steve is also a legend for lending me his drill and drill bits... I had full intention to mention his epicness for the lending of the drill and drill bits as there was no way I could have done it with them... I'm serious... Sorry Steve... Your a legend! I did also manage to take the wrong arb to the work shop so ill leave the stiffer bar in there...
  13. Drilled the new mounting holes for the sump guard thanks to my friend Rob and allowing me to use the hoist at his workshop, as i couldn't get enough room under the car for the drill. Lowered the rear ride height a bit as at hamptons it was picking up the inside rear on every corner, i'm hoping it will lower the roll center / rear cog / not sure what i'm trying to say, and make it a bit more level in the rear mid-corner. Have the last race of the season this sunday, at Sainsbury Road - it's a fun little hillclimb... Hopefully should take out the series championship and class titles...
  14. small soft-roader hit a van, this may or may not have been caused by the large bus inprintation in the back of the soft-roader...
  15. No can do sorry first game of the lacrosse season...
  16. Sorry guys, i've just had a few big bills show up and i'm not going to be able to afford to do this any more... I'm sorry to book and cancel, i was really looking forward to this.
  17. They also have cabin available for the same price as the caravans - we have booked one of those.
  18. Right the gf I keen. I'm going to look at booking a batch if anyone's still looking for a place to stay.
  19. Trying to talk the gf into this... Is the 205 old enough to be able to join the convoy? otherwise i might be requiring a lift...
