  7. Your better off going to a 1600 xflow and sidies, Considering its such a simple swap
  8. You will need a different longer throttle cable, clutch cable. Fuel lines extended and swapped sides. Exhaust sides swapped over. New drive shaft. Possibly different alternator mount to move alternator lower. Probly other stuff. Its not a hard swap just a few bits to get right

  11. Does it have a plate on the end of the crank still? I had to remove a plate from a auto pinto. Same size as the end of the crank and acts as a spacer to the flexplate

  13. Have you tried listening in with a screwdriver at all? You place the tip at various points and put the handle end to your ear, works well
  14. They have a circlip stopping it from coming out of the housing and a cap on the oposite side you take out and punch it out once circlip removed
  15. This was a flop? Prob be keen to give it a go, esp if its at nandos
  16. Then your new water pump is wrong for your setup. I think I have one here if you want a QH brand one that is threaded.
  17. What about tapping the thread down to a smaller size now? Was it metric or imperial? Youd most likely be able to find one just a fraction smaller and get a new nut to suite, easier than a new solenoid
  18. Maybe its a broken engine mount? Check those out
