basically its just that the std rads sit out maybe 2" cos of a body shroud. do as gaz says and cut off the top piece and mount it in that 2". easy as to see if you look in the bay.

Finally got pics up on the pc. Here's my s5 rx7 g-box. Housings are at engineers getting peripheral ported. And I spent a shit ton on new parts. New seals/springs etc, rx8 rotors and stat gears, high flow oil pump, and money to get it balanced etc. Still gotta buy more though. Also slight changes of plans. -paint will be left as is, chalky blue. -after seeing mikunis wagon I've decided to hunt a set of steels as are on it and get them widened a couple inch with similar tyres -wanting to hunt down a oldschool mesh visor for it -some other stuff. Oh, and I gotta still chuck on my os sticker. Also, it may make it to nats but will half completed. Either as is but boned with brakes and rims done, or motor in running but standard as otherwise. 4rofls.

Ok. So lets see what I've done on it since my last post. -sorted some wiring -removed duel ign system for lpg (I know, wtf) -got a new speedo for it -fixed rust -new temp sender -fixed up inside bits and pieces -rear bumper straightened out -new front brake hoses -paint -prob some more shit too. Badarse pics. No bonnet stz. These seem to be the only pics I got of when a couple good mates and I spent a day welding up holes. This segment is the drivers side rear window. Welded a piece in and then another strip for the window rubber. Filler was used on the inside where the metal was pitted. Painted my rimz. Rolled down mates driveway one day and his old man goes "Fuck. Look at that. You could get $500 more if you sold it cos of them" Door getting prepped. Couple dents in the old girl but no rust. Getting ready for paint. Blue is primer filler. Got the side painted to tidy it up Pictures as of today. Unfortunately I've decided to sell the mini. As I see it it's not fair to leave it sitting outside to rust, esp with winter approaching, and being a poor uni student I can use the reg/wof/insurance money on chalky b/beer. As much as I would love to I don't have the income nor the space to support two projects at once but will one day no doubt own another mini which I can chop up bone out and roll on a 1360 etc.
