What sort of $ would I expect to pay for a 308 sump and oil pickup

I swore I wouldn't put a v8 in it hehe

I was thinking of using the 304 end and get drive shaft made Cross member from CRS is just under 200 but there is a article about CRS going in to liquidation Reason I asked about floor pan mods I looked at one ( awhile ago ) and they had extensively modified the floor pan stiffening panel to get clearance Re the exhaust headers etc would be well over 1k I assume the hq wb v8 mounts are the same

Any one here put a 304 in to a wb I believe I need a early hq style sump and oil pick up Can I use the factory manifolds and front pipes Will I need to cut the floor pan to get the auto to fit Is there much rear cross member modification needed

blizzo how are you getting on with the rotisserie, the big secret is getting the rotating point as close as possible to the centre of gravity

The lazy axle are shockers for getting stuck off Rd ,mate had one on a isuzu he used to say it would get stuck on a slippery banana and have towed a few out,I don't know what suspension it is using if it has airbag im sure you could do some thing tricky

Mate of mine has repowered a old truck with a diesel he was a some one to re wire it up Alternator ,glow plugs, etc decide what relays he needs and a decent fuse box You will need to obviously travel to his truck and he will pay you cash if you desire Its nothing to tech no computers etc

Sort of a 903 is a big block 903cu inch ( about 14 litre )v8

Go the whole hog put a Cummins 903t or even a old cat v8 that will naturally get the front end right down hehe 350hp and about 900 ftlbs of torque used to just love the sound of the turbo winding up fully loaded coming up from thaihape
