sorry don't do waffle cones. keeping it simple don't want to have to much to clean up after all and wont have space to keep them in my small caravan. I'll keep it sort. not going to share my hole business plans, layout and ideas here mainly the caravan building part. the rest you guys can think about and tell yourselves you would do it different. anyway. pretty good day building caravan and grinding curtain. started on the floor after the curtain and got around the inside on the wheels all sorted @flyingbrick pointed out caravan 2 but meh then i decided to lay it all out gotta clean up the ends in the morning and then get welding and figure out where and how im going to brace the floor. steel and tube done open till the 7th so gotta keep myself occupied for a bit before i can buy the steel for the axle.

Yeah plan on doing cold drinks as its quite an easy product to store and keep cool in a couple of small fridges, not much cleaning down involved in that one. The coffee is for down the track when money is recouped and in the colder months for when ice cream and cold drinks isn't selling in the middle of winter should be able to offer a hot coffee instead of a cold ice cream. Edit: I don't plan on running this my self I will be putting staff in it as I do upholstery and enjoy doing that. Unless I'm heading to a car show and I'll be there anyway.

Money and business. Stuff is pretty hardcore in general.

Going to do rolled ice creams. It's just the man I am. Will probably do soft drinks and coffee as well. Soft surve and real fruit is nice but I'd rather not the extra cost of machines. I think I might have to head over to the coffee chat room and read about coffee as well.

also this is what i have got my measurements from (well trade me) its 4.1 long and 2.1 wide im going to go 2.2 wide, once i line the inside and allow the box section it will be close to 2.1 inside. And 4.05 long as thats what size the acm product comes. this caravan is also 2.2 tall again making it close to 2.1 inside standing up

its actually welding curtain pvc material. i ordered a bunch in for myself when the rep showed me it. this stuff comes 1.9 tall and on how ever much you want or need. the size of my certain that i made is 1.4 x 1.8 meters only having to fold and sew the edges 50mm but could easily make a taller one, or join it to make a bigger one. hope that helps @Early jap nuter

Pretty sure the bike shop next to me has the same exhuast set up as mine which would be a legit upgrade for you. Your going to have a ball. Such a great scoot.

Yea I ain't baller enough to buy a car trailer and then make it useless. That's just me steeling @Archetypes trailer so we could move the steel from one location to the next. Turns out his trailer is also about the right size I want to build my caravan so will use his trailer for a few messurements as well.

i had planned on building this in steel, including the main hoop. to end up searching trade me for some windows while I amm meant to be working and come across this. built all in wood...... dont know how i really feel about this. have also started a spread sheet on what i priced a few things up verse how much i end up spending all up. visited a mate who works at TWL in hamilton and picked this up this morning too. 5x114.3 i have a set of 15 inch globes here for the dummy fit but ideally i think i would like a set of old 15 inch steelies painted black with some white walls. has anyone got two 15 inch steelies laying around that would like to trade for some ice cream?

Hi my names Greg, You may know me from such places as Gregs Ice Cream. https://www.facebook.com/Gregsicecreams/ Or other places like Midnight Upholstery Ltd, Greg's drag snags and so on. Anyway the time has come. I got sick of bidding on rubbish caravans and them blowing out of budget so its now my turn to build one that will hopefully stay under budget. Well really it started with liking ice cream and realizing how easy it is to buy ice cream and it takes nothing to sell it, and a word to my accountant while the wife was with me it wasn't to hard to twist @Mrs 64valiant arm into allowing me to get the go ahead on it. And yeah caravans going out of budget, so time to build a caravan. I ended up drawing what i thought would look good on the floor at the shop, its based of a size of caravan i was looking at buying Worked out how much steel i would need and worked a price on everything else and got the go ahead. let the fun begin. ideally would like up and running before the end of Feb and the very latest March

I went drag racing and had a ball. Poo man's small 135 was so much faster than my 200. God dam I need to do some mods to this thing and make it come alive. 10 outa 10 was still heaps of fun. @Poo what did you mention when I was at retro scooter the other day.

you mean if you will blend in with the unwanted attention of 20+ noisy old crusty bikes making a ruckus around town you will be fine.

did a 2 sedan. got a 4 coupe to do early next year. but camo is best purchased off ebay or ali express. a wax a grease cleaner will be good to clean before spraying them. with little bits ive sprayed before hand like door handles and arm wrest pays to heat the can and the subject up 1st make it get a good coating and also dries really well. also found vht the better vinyl dye (paint) presuming the doors are press welded with patterns be the easier way to paint them and cover them again. edit or if you really want black ones sell the white ones and buy these cards https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/mazda/interior/listing-1852444192.htm some vinyl and cover them black. or get the pattern you want on them stitch to vinyl through a layer of foam and then put them on the new cards. always found the vht and other vinyl dyes wear off on common places of use eg holding the door open with your foot, tops of doors and around winders where been covered in black vinyl you wont have wear problems.

Fuck yeah. came back for lunch today and put my accelerator cable on and found the nuts for the exhaust so put that on. Then filled it full of water and chucked some new plugs in it. so happy to have it brapping again. need to sort a water temp sender and a reader as my one is reading the block temp and not the engine. and will again re do the radiator a bit better and get it tuned.

i spent a bunch of time last night searching around and around for my bloody starter motor. found it under something under something else........ done alterations around the shop and cleaned up left right and center so as per norm my parts just get put where ever they go. had to file the bush a little bit as it seemed tight but hopefully slap it back together and make it one today as i have all the correct bolts and everything else now
