My sisters friend put the whole brake and booster under the dash and it's legal, i can try and find out more about it.

So i was looking through my parts pile yesterday afternoon and noticed i have nearly enough parts left over to build that car in the picture, including a chevy front axle.

i have some heavy fencing wire if you want to bend some.

Disclaimer: this video may be faked. i took some time to polish my wiring loom. *Imagine a wiring loom made from copper tubing with wood insulators that was polished. This didn't last. Putting wire inside the tubing was ok for a while but when the wire gets damaged inside there's nothing i can do to fix it.*

Z'd frame and de-arched front spring on this one.

Draw a line on the axle shafts before you do a skid next time. They will noticeably twist. And they don't transport garden gnomes, they run over garden gnomes. You saw the ads on TV where the garden gnomes get run over right?

If you can't find a fuel tank i did weld one the other day with brazing rod so i know it can be done.

If i attend & break down would someone give me a tow home?

That's amazing, i fry parts 20 times bigger yet you put them on a hotplate and they survive. Solder paste looks like good stuff too.

i have made flat floors and only made the edges wavy to match the floor, then can add bracing. Toyota might sell real patch panels though.

i believe that is the rule in Australia but not here yet, i could be wrong about that though.

That radiator is full of holes and half the tubes have been cut and soldered up. Some when a fan went through it, some from what might have been collision damage. Tanks are pretty had it too. Can't make a new one as i don't work at a radiator shop anymore. Metal fatigue has taken its toll on the top hose fitting, it is cracked in several places and the pipe rotted off completely so i soldered this copper strip on there. Not sure how long it will last but then i'm pretty sure the rest of that rad' is nearly dead too. Liking the way it fits the whole "barely much left of anything" build style. (Edit: lasted until the year 2020 when i got tired of it's leaks and overheating on hills. Would still work on something driven to the ice cream shop & back once a month, if you wanted to shove black pepper and bread into the holes.)

You want to cut up old car panels for the panel steel? If you were closer i could give you some fresh clean stuff with that anodizing looking coating for free, it welds nicer and doesn't need cleaning before welding like painted panels would. If you can buy the new stuff it's usually really cheap for offcuts.

Jif in the oil or down the air intake? If it's only down the intake brasso might work better.
