Spinners are legal as long as they are contained within the outer circumference of the steering wheel.

Header wrap is great for absorbing the oil leaks and then burning it off when you go up a hill for max fumes.

Plenty of wheels have the tires fitted and removed from the inside. Mini factory steelies for example. Usually it will be on a wheel with a deep dish.

Question: Why do you want a remote starter? Sounds like a lot of hassle just for wank factor. The car has a seperate immobiliser ECU that talks to the engine ECU. The engine will not start unless the imm tells it to. You cannot just rip it out. A good locksmith will have a fancy machine that can make a copy of the factory key code if it has a normal key. Not sure if if has a smart key (push button start)

There are no alerts on the wof computer to say a car is certed.
