Wof rules for mirrors.
pre 2000 you must have interior OR right mirror.
post 2000 you must have both.
If you have tints you need both side mirrors.

Looks like standard aftermarket tow bar fitment, but you are in the money, you would want some crush tubes. They are probably still in the car it cane off, but easy enough to cut some pipe.
Good advice above.
There is a filter. It should be a steel mesh type that can be cleaned. Not usually changed for a Toyota Trans Service, but we don’t see a lot of them over 500k. It probably is worth taking the pan off and giving it a clean up. Make sure you use the correct fluid. Recently there has been a shortage of Toyota Genuine WS atf and we have been told to use Dexron VI.
The more oldschoolers the merrier. Most turn up in modern dailies during winter. It’s more about the jugs and ribs than the rust and slam this time of year.

Yeah, it should start fine with no O2 sensors plugged in. Some Toyota ECUs have the pins labeled if you pop the lid off.
There are a few V8 trike fans around this place too...
Same block, longer stroke. No need for recert. You can’t tell the difference from the outside.
If adding a tunnel ram means you have metal poking out the bonnet that wasn’t there before you might need to see the cert man.
