Aurion badge is only used in Australia and NZ. Everywhere else they are V6 Camry. Our cars are Aussie built, so you want to find the TMCA option. Try every option, something should connect. Maybe ES350. Does the Techstream connect to other cars?

If you fail a wof, it is entered into wof online and your car no longer has a current wof, even if it hasn’t expired in the sticker. https://vehicleinspection.nzta.govt.nz/virms/in-service-wof-and-cof/introduction/inspection-and-certification-process/operating-a-vehicle-without-a-current-wof-or-cof

Nothing in the Virm about coloured tints. Can not be reflective and must let in 35% of the light. So go hard.

There is nothing in the VIRM about traction control, only stability control. https://vehicleinspection.nzta.govt.nz/virms/in-service-wof-and-cof/tb-general/esc-id I guess the issue will be if the inspector thinks the TC light is a ESC light.

Just red bulbs may not output enough red. You may need to colour the lenses too.
-
Do you mean like a round headlight? Probably could, but why would you? You will need to have a reflector as well.

You can’t just cut out the rust and leave a hole. Replace the structure with metal.

The 50mm rule is only for places in the shaded area of figure 3-1-2 https://vehicleinspection.nzta.govt.nz/virms/in-service-wof-and-cof/general/vehicle-structure/structure-incl2.-frontal-impact#figure312 Doors must have no rust within 150mm of the hinges or catches.

Nice. You are very organised this month, Niki. -
IMHO repair is ok as long as water can’t get in and the wrong colour light can’t come out (like white out a tail light.

What was the coolant like? Any chance different coolants were mixed?
