77magnum13hundy
hey folks ive heard theres a trick to putting a window back into car with a peice of rope/string but didn't find any decent youtube videos or maybe i didnt look well enuff Any peeps here can chime in on how to do this... Ned
the basic idea is that you wrap the string around the window, through the channel in the rubber. Feed the ends of the string into the car and lay the window on the window opening, as accurately as you can. You then start pulling the string so it pulls the rubber lip with it into the car. When you go all the way around, its pulled the window into the window hole. Havent done it myself, so there may be other neat tricks like grease the rubber, or not grease the rubber or whatever to make it slide better or what not

feathersword
Having helped do this a couple times it definitely helps to have a couple sets of hands at least - take your time and you'll get it! Might take a couple tries!
sleeektoy
use rope or thick string, nothing thin. The rubber will cut or tear if anything thin is used.
