wannabe
Oh my I hope you chuck the wheels off the van onto this! What are you gonna do with the wires? I think I'm turning into a crown weirdo too now lol
JBlades
Yeah al, he's a right knob, just not maintained it, came to Napier mint and hes just wrecked it. I will get it to its former glory! And as for the wheels.....I was running 205 50s on the 10s, was driving to work and the tyre popped off ha. Need to run 225s me thinks but yeah they will get test fitted onto this. Wires are going on van. Got some mesh type enkeis lined up to take place of wire wheels. These things are the ultimate cruising bus

sheepers
if i were you id get that cooling system fixed pronto. you don't have a running 5M with a dodgy radiator for very long. as long as you keep the cooling system in top notch condition it will keep running. JBlades
Yeah I will get onto it Pronto, that and the carb. Is it better to get it recored or would a pressure wash do the trick?
sheepers
man you don't want to risk it, seriously, do it once and do it right. if your lucky enough to have a still functioning 5M then spend the extra and fix everything in the cooling circuit properly. replace all the hoses and the clamps, do it right and you won't have to ever worry about it again. i saw a brand new 5M carb on e bay the other day, might be worth a look? brocky41
So lush - love it - wish i kept the MX30 Mark 2 - had a similar interior. Toyotas were so much betterer specs than the Datsuns of the same vintage. Keep up the lushness
