Plenty of good houses around here - I've got a driveway big enough for around 5 cars and a garage. Haven't seen any gang members around for a few months now either - all seemed to have moved away from the area. Definitely would keep away from South Dunedin, as it's quite rough, same with a quite a bit of Brockville and areas of Pine Hill.
