It's pretty obvious who is who and when someone shows up, parks in the middle and goes to talk to someone at the meet then they will be asked nicely to park properly. Chickity answered your query Muncie, we don't have to worry about that. Whether someone works there or not all I would do is ask them nicely if they can park in a free space. Already decided to leave a dedicated space for the cleaner that normaly comes. And yes as trumprod says, downstairs is not far. If you show up in your caldina, primera wags, Lexus , jeep or suby wags (a hand ful of dailys that came to mind) then be prepared to move if required. I'd think if things started to fill up with OS rides then everyone should be smart enough to go move their car. Vice versa if raining obviously haha.
