My name is Russell
''Custom illustrations for any needs. Posters, Magazines or your wall. Concept Illustrations are a good way to see what your dream car could look like, allowing you to see your idea on paper'' haha awesome was one of the things was considering asking What software do you use? Paint?
spaceman
Paint? No. Im using a mixture. the vector work is done in Macromedia Freehand MX11. and some vector is done in Illustrator cs4, all depends on what needs doing. the images Im posting are just jpegs from Photoshop to post them on here. Sometimes I finish the image off in Photoshop depending on what the client wants.

mikuni
Definitely leave the bumper on. It is either an MX40 Toyota Cressida or an RX30 Toyota Chaser (/Cresta). Theres a few other model codes ( X30, X31, X40 and X41) and engine types (T, R and M) etc, but that would be the most common types I would have thought. There is a user on here who has a maroon one with a lexus V8 in it, so I'm sure he would appreciate it if you went with that shade.

DodgySam
yeah sorry bout that. I was just joking. Cool to see you did it tho. The idea above sounds mean tho. ^^^
crustywhip
Love it, lose the pipes and move the mirrors. Yasuka has the solid rear v8 cressida and this is a x41 chaser with IRS and big grill. South island example and prob the actual car below. Simon
So you draw the wheels? That part is painstaking. I think its easier to model them in solid works and render them at the right angles haha.
spaceman
Yep I draw everything. the wheels are not finished on this pick. actually the entire thing is only about 50% finished. reflections and things to come. think the wheels will have more camber and perhaps slightly bigger. Your pick is mean! usually when I do paint schemes for clients I don't bother with perspective on wheels but usually give it a better go on custom illustrations. When I set my other computer up (Im back at my parents for a week or two while working on Escort in dads garage) Ill change the exhaust and ad another progress image.
