danger
Amateur questions but thought a few of you lot will have no doubt found a few wee tricks and treats Best cheap way to lower the fronts? What shorter shocks fit teh rears? Easiest way to bolt in a couple of AE111 pews in the front? Not sure if I should attempt to mod old rails to new seats or just make new base plates
4AG_Addict
KE70 Wagon Shocks for the rear, in the front you can use 4WD Carib front inserts (can't think of chassis right now), same body size, but 30mm shorter stroke. Or if you want to put a spacer in shock tube, then ST185 GT4 Inserts or AE92 Levin are much shorter. Photo below is all captive with 3 or 3&1/2 coils removed all round, ke70 rear shock, carib front

g carmatic
do you know if the carib inserts will fit in ke20 struts? cheers
Snoozin
KE20 from memory use the same size strut housing. I'm using Mk2 Golf diesel front inserts in my coilovers, about 60-70mm shorter in total. Nice stiff valving also.
