peteretep
putting a bigger engine into a car is probably easier than turboing it although its probably debateable
Guest nzlbc_stevo
yeah, ive thought of tht, but i just want to give it a bit more power until i save enuff for a sr20det for it

atropine
chances are putting a bigger but similar engine in will cost a shitload less than a simple turbo conv.. and i dunno how much power a 1200 4cyl can gain from a turbo.. DavidTheCreator
in the end it proberly wouldnt pay, all the little things and issues will proberly end up costing you close to the price of a sr20det.....why not just put a sr20 in now and then turbo it when u have some more coin
drftnmaz
all depends.. have you got a welder? and have you got mech skills>?
zep
You may aswell just save for the SR20 conversion. Trust me, it will be much harder, frustrating and more expensive than you think it is. If you can find a suckthrough kit, though, that would probably be your best option. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother.
