anyone know where to get a blower that would work on 2ltr cortina engine :shock: ,manifolds arent a prob,prepared to make custom ones 8) ,where to get pulleys for it,engine strengthening?gonna be a 50k a day daily driver so dont want it too wild ,any advice will be thoroughly read and considered.

what fuelling system you gonna use? carb? if your gonna go a small holley, try a 3-71 or maybe a 4-71, but a 3-71 would be better, you can get them at truck wreckers, and get them reconditioned, places like ALs blowers can do that, are you gonna side sling it or have the huffer sitting out ya bonnet?

that one listed in the reply above looks kinda sweet for your needs

i suggest having it sitting out your bonnet. with a bug catcher :twisted::twisted:

the mr2 supercharger is off the 4AGZE engine. So yeah. just check the model number.

If you add a bigger pulley to it. you can get it way faster. 10,000 rpm :twisted:

yeah the principal is still the same, and i stand by that conversation. butttttt..... its easyer to S.C dont have to worry bout the cam in it (cause its already reground so fuck finding a new g200 cam) comes down to the fact that yall all know im lazy and thats where it stands!

a guy here in hastings has an sc14 on a 12a brigy with 650 holley on top. has custom toothed pulleys pumps 10lbs @6000rpm i think its geared 1-1 has found if he spins it any faster it actually loses power due to heat caused by the blower spinning faster than it is designed to. has had it dynoed to find this out after he popped an engine trying to get 14lbs is making 290hp @ wheels @7000rpm. its in a 700kg t bucket with 5spd its real scary hard to keep a straight line under full throttle
