They will hit everything. Won't even get them on the hub. was looking for the offset post but couldn't find it so looking at the pics it looked almost bout half way so there is heaps of gap from the struts etc and if they were bolted on backwords that would be in by a couple cm thats why i asked,

what happens if you bolt them on backwards so the outside becomes the inside?

on mine it was one in the same issue because the pins didn't go in the holes the horn contact didn't touch the metal of the boss kit so drilling the hole fixed both for me. maybe if you add a couple pics

did the little pins not line up?? i had that issue once i just drilled a couple lil holes for them to go into

mate of mine had the same issue but turned out the carbs were set real rich and it was using more fuel then the pumps could supply, as you have tried 2 carbs im guessing 2 of them can't be set wrong. my ute also had a similar issue as the pump is on the engine, one of the hose clamps had come undone and it was drawing air in the hose with a little fuel so in saying that maybe a lose hose clamp or a small hole in one of the hoses between the tank and pump.

i don't know the casting numbers but you can tell if its a rb25 by measuring the diameter of combustion chamber rb20 is 78mm and the rb25 is 86mm

last time i looked into it, it wasn't possable to get a cert for hydros but that was a while back i have talked to a few guys with them and they said they just swap out the rams for std shocks and springs for wof time lol bit dodgy really

if you look real close you will find the coil firing order stamped into the holder the coils are bolted to
