just watched a few videos on plastidip, nah dont want to use that. its the front valance its going to get stone chips and that plasti stuff peels off to easy. ill keep looking

I have heard that aswell. Problem is that it's red PE and he's welded it back together with black PE filler lol. I have no choice but to paint it now. I have considered 3M wrapping it

the fact that google doesnt say it works with PE im going to say its not going to work. a canoe website says maybe a acrylic latex paint will do. can you get this in a can?

it probly will be flexing in the wind being its the front of the car plus i have to bend it a little to get it to fit on.

yeh buffed with 80 grit then 120 grit and the plastic promotor ran off like a hussy

my front valance on my chevy vega is unfortunately made from PE, and was snapped in two parts so i got it welded back together. its super faded plastic from being so old so needs a paint to look nice on the car but fuck me its not easy finding paint that will adhere to PE. ive called around the car painters and theyve all come back saying "use plastic adhesion promotor it works on all bumpers blah blah blah" i dont actually think they know what PE is cos i sprayed some plastic adhesion promotor on and it runs off the PE like water on a ducks back! google says a spray paint called Kryon Fusion works on PE but i cant find a single place that stocks it any ideas???
