    All back together, did a skid, skid felt good, job done

    Dropped the diff out this arvo do replace all the rear end bushes. All the bolts put up a good fight but finally it dropped out Old vs new Can't wait to do skids!

    Had a crack at putting the new steering box in this arvo, came out easily hopefully I've put it back in so the steering wheels straight lol. Haven't street run it yet so we shall see

    Ended up selling the vega to my old man so perfect scenario since I still enjoy working on it and my dad hates working on cars just likes driving them. So I still get to finish it with someone else's money haha Greg at midnight upholstery gave the seats a fresh re trim came out mint! Summit racing package turned up this morning with rear end control arm bushes and a new steering box to get rid of the play in the steering. Chur

    you sure have set yourself an impossible task! my suggestion is you push into corner for now buy hobby manual study it like monk for a few years talk to old boys around ask if you can come look at there hotrod builds figure out how they jump through loop holes in the cert process or you need to buy something more complete and modify to your liking. scratch build cars are not even slightly easy to get certed. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/specialist-cars/hot-rods/auction-858283055.htm

    Best bit about beach hop is Friday cruise to onemana just park up while all cars shoot past you showing off and also doing laps at night hooting at girls then parking up and watching a few bands!
