  1. Would think that BT ITB's would be sufficient anyway, as they are somewhat oversized for the 1600cc. Failing that, and Roman may be able to confirm, there are ITB's that can be acquired for 3sge's, however, stuff paying for two sets.
  2. could you not bolt those centres on the other side of the lip (still facing the same way) to give more rwd offset/dish? - may eliminate need for spacers? In the pictures it looks like the edge is slightly machined to fit on the other side?
  3. fucken bang also do this^
  4. yeah saw it was a 1s, so obviously 3s sprigs to mind, in particular, beams 3s, but your cavernous engine bay may cry out for more cylinders.
  5. lush, so I'll drop my wheels round post new years? lol may have missed it, but whats happening engine wise?
  6. looks similar to corolla setup, have a spare at home will take a photo to post. That angle on 2-1 piece looks a bit fucked up though? Edit, actually corolla unit sits below floor in tunnel due to FWD-ness - may still work?
  7. +1 Also keen to see bobtail replace massive wing, and removal of at least rear bumper. Wheels are a bit naf, but will work - maybe even with black/coloured centres?
  8. +1 for feet Didn't read link but assuming it is non bonded like you say and just a weather strip, apply some soapy water around for lubrication, find an easy point to get started, and keep this open with a fashioned wedge of some sort. Can either push with feet from there, or (and what I would do 1st) if you have some plastic/nylon cord/washing line - ie not too thin - double it over and thread loop through your gap, then pull a bit each way, so that eventually you meet up with yourself halfway around, detaching the weather strip as you go. Its simple in practice but awkward to explain.
  9. What do you want the spacers to achieve? change offset or change stud pattern from 4x98 to 4x100? If the latter you will need 15mm-25mm pacers in order for them to accomodate the necessary nuts. Also need to be aware of what you are buying into. They need to have and centric ring, and need to be certed. Or just get the file stuck into the holes on the 4x100 wheels
  10. "Turbo i.e"... do go on... +1 for decent wee things, had a few friends with Uno's, mkI and II, (only one had a churbro though) Get it lower?
  11. dont know how much a flexi will do if you still have sold mounts, need some rubber hangers as said
  12. Sweet, all is sussed, cheers again Raizer for sussing these wheels and making yourself available!
  13. no luck in garage for ecu, may have sold it, sorry if it got your hopes up lol edit: checked my trademe and i did sell it, only last month too, and I couldn't remember sorry boe
  14. cheers Manda for the offer, can't see them getting there overnight though (unless they were overnight parts from Japan) and...bump
  15. may have an ecu lying around, will have a look
  16. rekon the orange looks good on the grey/silver, breaks it up a bit
  17. also missed econovan = not likely from the jay-pan?
  18. Was waiting for someone else to comment 1st lol, +1 Would offer but only have one good arm atm, surely someone on the shore could swing by?
  19. if its come from japan i wouldnt put it past them. they love to ground the fuck out of shit
  20. possibly a grounding/earthing kit?
  21. +1, also would be hitting up the builders' boss(es) You or anyone didn't piss them off did you? sounds a bit suss/similar to many builders stories I've heard. When my uncle was younger they had this old bird who was refusing to pay for some of their work, so they went fishing one weekend, then nail up the Gib, with the fish inside the wall cavity.
  22. ^ this hasn't failed me yet. Make sure you use a BFH and man swings, just don't get too excited and mind your shins
  23. pretty sure you can get a mech->elec signal "converter"
  24. is there definately no speedo drive from your gbox? odd
