  1. Another option would be cobra springs made to suit. That was a path I looked at for the rear of mine. They would do the maths on a spring needed to fit the specs you provide. 20mm longer for example with slightly lighter spring rate to keep final ride height the same? With the keeper springs you may need to make a custom adaptor to your your springs. There were only two sizes of spring that I recall, both within a few mm of each other to suit different coilover brands. I went keepers in front as needed 10mm more travel for cert, otherwise would have avoided as it means springs aren't tight in coilover, but does the job fine.
  2. Those came up mint!
  3. Not going to lie, I don't know what imp suspension looks like. I have similar keeper springs in my Rolla certed though. Is imp coilover or divorced up front?
  4. Multimeter time to check where there is electrons and where there isn't at the charger port?
  5. Solar panels / frames?
  6. Surely there will be a few places around that will do refills. How much longer left on test for your cylinder? Depends how much gas you use I guess too, i'm a very infrequent user so my owner cylinder made sense. Last fill and test was 90 odd bucks and will last me a few years.
  7. Bit cheaper, but doesn't sound like you need it now with an empty cylinder, whoops. https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/marketplace/building-renovation/tools/other/listing/4381774118 and Xcel https://www.georgehenry.co.nz/shop/Welding/Accessories/CO2+Adaptor+Xcel+Gas.html
  8. I'm impressed and jealous. They never have the cool stuff I want available anymore.
  9. I think she'd be less upset with a sausage boil up in the spa, than Bart would be if someone leaked oil on his driveway.
  10. Yeah sounds like a plan, good food, good yarns.
  11. Was there any Saturday arvo plans? I went to put Gov pub on the calendar and there is a 1st Birthday party already there. I'm sure he won't notice if i'm at the pub and not his first party, right?
  12. Can you mail me a TGP wof sticker?
  13. I might be missing something, but if this was a known to be loose from before current ownership, why wasn't it fixed when first noticed? Rolling around with loose suspension doesn't sound like a good idea. Yeah should be picked up, but seems like it was known about so should have been sorted before check really. Devils advocate etc. If it was purely just from driving it and noticing a knock / wobble, always worth a look with an unknown car history.
  14. Undercar Service Centre did all the brake work on my diff before they moved to Hayton Road, skimming some rotors would easy for them i'd say. They skimmed my drums and rebuilt the lot including supply of new master. Good service IMO. /thought you had a lathe
  15. Someone who works at Toyota posted in this thread, so that would be a good place to start. Then Amayama.
  16. That ^^
  17. Depends where you are located too. I trust my local workshop but that might be quite far from local to you.
  18. Make it worth the trip by grabbing the pram and bicycle at the same time /and the rest
  19. Talk to Anton first, he can whip anything up. Might even get away with adding a new groove between those two and have it line up ok with a fiddle of the rest.
  20. They should come with rollers for other sizes from new, that's all. Nothing you would have stashed away and forgot about? edit: A quick google suggests yours doesn't though. Probably something you could get machined up. @ajg193 could be up for that task.
  21. Second hand was it?
  22. https://lvvta.org.nz/documents/consultation/2021/fuel-systems/2021_July_Chapter_10_Fuel_Systems_CCM_Final_Draft_Ind_Consult.pdf Page 14, but the rest will be handy / along with the rest of the handbook. Incase this has been superseded, you can get the whole document for free on their website.
  23. I don't recall what welder you have / what it says on the door. Mine has zero settings on the welder itself that's why I was confused. Tend to move the settings up and down together as they work together to get the job done. Again depends on unit you have. But if i'm upping voltage on my machine I increase the wire speed too. If the voltage is too low for the wire speed you'll find the wire won't melt quick enough. Same with if you have the voltage too high, the wire will burn back to the torch as it's not feeding enough. At least that's my experience.
  24. You what now?
  25. Sounds similar to the one I did, piston could just be jammed with crud like mine was. It was sub 1mm ring of junk that once cleaned out was sweet. I'd give it another hoon at getting the piston out. Mine just had a really small ring of debris that was easy to remove. I put it down to infrequent fluid changes that over time just left a bit of shit behind.
