If they use B8EM plugs, (twin electrode) they are earlier^ housings.... if they have three raised "points" around the plug holes they are later turbo housings The memory is a bit foggy due to years of mind numbing nothingness but tend to think thats the way it went from my days as a parts guy.

Like the fact you've used the Toymota. They gotta be one of the strongest stock 8s around now. years ago my mate had a Mk1 Capri with 4 bolt 350 in it, went like fuck in a straight line but didnt handle very well. Yours should be primo as the weight factor nowhere near that of a 350. I also know a dude who had a Mk2 with 351 windsor and c4. He used Leyland P76 struts and they seemed to work well, pretty sure he plated and re studded top of strt tower to fit.

Nah man wont fit had 2 of them beasties. Use a 910 bluebird, skyline L20e or 280z box . Skyline or 280 box is the go as the clutch centre is the same, where as 910 is smaller in the centre. If you want more info let me know.

Gaz, is that one got a round body or square body? I used to be a parts guy years back.One of the lines the shop sold was Ingram. Mwemory still pretty good. If its a circle body its a "interrupter" pump which means it will get to the desired pressure, usually 6 psi, and keep it there.These pumps are direct replacement pump for carb turbo cordias and tredias, amoung other uses. If its a square body the do the same, but know where near as good. the stockcar guys tend to use the square body pumps due to their compact size. Myself I prefer the AIRTEK brand fuel pump, they are dear but super reliable.

My HZ V8 ute had a dump pipe/ plate and got wofs (going back a while but) Remember blasting up Bank Street in Whangarei with it open piped at 2 in the morning sounded like bathurst. Ahh memories do that now and Like Hello from the cells
