Why not go to someone like Gear Cutting Services and get a new final drive/5th gear made? http://www.gearcutting.co.nz/ Depending on how much power your making and where your powerband is, you could look at plotting the gears and rpm drops and then figure out what would suit you the best. Have a look at a gear calculator like: http://www.gearboxman.co.uk/inforatios.html Quaife do make gearsets which you can purchase without the housings (atleast for the pugs they do)

I've upped the fueling in the 406 and it made a massive difference for the 80 - 120 times - i added a 1/4 turn more fuel. -

I've got a spare set of 406 MI16 wheels i want gone...

Speed.co.nz can get you eibachs at a decent price. Otherwise look at making some coil-overs. Cammmy from FastFrogs, ordered a set from GAZ in the uk i can't remember what he got them for, and there is a guy on the 405mi16 forum making camber/caster top hats for them at the moment. If you look at lowering it, i'd also look at getting a sump guard / skidplate made up as the sump is not protected and you will kill it. You can't see it all that well, but you can see on the fold all the scratch marks/gouges from where mine is being chewed up:

I can store them under my house until someone can take them down for you if you need

I've just started running Motul MoCool in my 205 and noticed a difference. Cruising temp is down, it doesn't heat up as fast when pushed and cools much quicker than before. I would recommend it to others for trackdays and such. Basically the same as Redline Water Wetter. -

Was at hamptons on wedesday in the 205 and was getting fuel surge/starvation on the right hand corners when I had just over half a tank. Did some more looking into about this and it's fairly common, there is supossabily a small plastic "baffle" plate which does break away in the 205 tanks. So ya guess my previous common is worthless - sorry. Swirl pot it is. Edit: I've been looking at this today.... http://www.crestfoam.com/intro.html http://www.sm-engineering.co.uk/accesso ... k_foam.php

nope not baffled as far as i know. I didn't have any issues with fuel surge in the 306 or the 205 even with the fuel light on...

Starting to understand what they are all about... corner speed...
