  1. Thats good to here. Did ya have to calibrate ya speedo or just change the speed sensor? I had to do some soldering of the binary divider on the back to get mine spot on.

  4. exactly how i did mine, worked a treat.
  5. did you go through the wood then steel or steel then wood?
  6. do a compression test. First as normal, then pour a little oil down ya plug hole and test again, if it improves ya compression significantly time to fire some rings at it.

  8. got to a electrical whole saler and ask for some instrumentation cable, should have flex, 1pr 2pr however many pairs you need, 0.5, 0.75 what ever. v-90 should do for a thermo rating.

  12. 31 is a ecu fault, or signal out of range/ voltage issue. check ya earthing connections and power to ya ecu. or try another ecu.

  17. thats not a bad list mate. custom nolathane mounts? looks like a leaf spring eye bush to me, what a croc of shit. try bnt you can all different heights so no biggie. if you cant get ya speedo calibrated easily put the right sized wheels on (borrow may be) and the rest of the list looks pretty simple. good luck. or here may be. http://www.hancock.net.nz/

  19. just acquired a 20v myself, thats a handy ecu pin out youve compiled there. you havent got any other spares have ya? after a coil + ignitor, 02 sensor and a couple of lifters. Keep at it sounds good.
  20. have you tried to pull a fault code out of the ecu? sounds like a fuel pressure issue maybe. whats the solenoid up to that your fpr goes to, think itd a cold start by pass and is mounted by the ignitor. but will look it up and get back to ya.

  24. have a look on the lvvta website, the regs/requirements/law are there to help ya out.
  25. go to blackwoods and get yourself some stag jointing compound, its pretty much everything resistant, we use it on transformer bushing gaskets. you can tick off ya sealant needs.
