get the haynes manual, that says how to do it pretty well. called landcrab cos they go sideways during the rallys

this works well but you have to be patient true story, good if you only have a few small ones ect

rut out the cracks and fill them with no more nails, sand and paint

i think theres an age at which the car must have them, but anything pre 85 would be sweet not to have them.

1977 (tho vin claims 1976 and panels are dated around december 76) 4 door vauxhall chevette. bought for $400 in reasonably good condition, nothing serious. patched the odd leak and pin hole (recently discovered that somone liked bog... alot... and on perfectly fine metal. So by the end of the week she may be an inch shorter. features 30 year old 1256 lump (and 30 year old hoses that are just now starting to split and spray petrol all over the nice hot engine) authentic 1970s stereo system restored rostyles with all the add on chrome bits (once i bring myself to buy new rubber) uhh yea thats pretty much it, heres a bunch of random photos iv posted else where (http://www.chevettes.com) some bugger must have decided that diesel on the road is a good idea my "other" chevette
