Finally turned in my old DX bottles for some new D-plan ones. Stick on DX said that the scheme was going to end in 2008 so not too bad. Apparently the old acetylene bottles have to go to Aussie for proper disposal.

The good one looks amazingly good compared to the not so good ones, seems to have been well looked after.

I guess? On my leaky ones they would only leak vacuum with the pedal depressed. Otherwise no vacuum is admitted to the diaphragm I think? I know the Mercury booster can be damaged if using engine vacuum to work the system before it's bled so watch out for that. /cross fingers and just fit it?

Booster - can you check if it holds vacuum?

Anyone recognise this rubber mount? Has been used as an exhaust mount but has failed. Easiest option would be to replace, but I'm not sure where from. Mount Shop's website can die in a fire btw.
