  1. Unless you get a cop that shows an interest in bikes or is old school traffic type i'm sure most wont care. In saying that if you're being a dick i'm sure they'll find something. It'll be an exciting ride with the 200!
  2. Indicators not flashing will just be the bulbs/l.e.d not drawing enough current from the relay. Swap it out with another one. Its a nice build man, tidy!
  3. Wasn’t kidding when I said I’m pretty sure the PO painted everything black with a brush. Those are fork cap rubbers
  4. I took the day off work and had a me day Repainted the new exhaust because it was starting to look a bit surface rusty. Pulled the front wheel to go down and get the leak sorted. Ordered a replacement side cover to replace that Barry one $88 later but at least it has all its lugs. “Cured” the exhaust paint by running the bike, sounds great after pulling the clutch and sorting that rattle. Next on the list is to sort out the carbs flooding, I think the floats are getting stuck so it keeps fuel flowing. I think I’ll just replace all the float valves to hopefully sort it out. I was going to buy a pingel tap to replace the original, not sure if I will now. Getting a replacement gauge case and tach from Canada and hopefully if he has a spare light cover to replace the folded sheet metal one.
  5. I think this bike is too far gone to get it back to a nice condition so i'm just going to make it reliable and thrash the tits off it haha.
  6. The PO also created the fairing security stay which consists of bolts through fairing copper tabs and plug chain and a re usable cable tie to attach to frame. Oh and bog.
  7. Bikes back together and seems to run well. Ive moves onto cosmetics with my main goal to get the colour changed from tarp blue to white. Also working on the dash. My current one is screwed. Should I stay oem or go aftermarket? Previous owner just threw bog at everything.
  8. Like datlow said. I used w/vinegar and it worked a treat!
  9. The golden boys look good
  10. Not a bad idea. I’m getting a nos one out of Greece for about 50nzd!
  11. I was looking at getting one for the forks but didn’t buy it in the end.
  12. As you can see it needs a sand blast and paint. One of the mounting tabs has been puncture and fs with the foam. Not sure what I’ll do with that. Organising some tf125 forks to replace the screwed ones as well. I still have to check out the clutch and get the carb tuned.
  13. Having 3 project bikes is painful. Air box turned up for the TC. It’s a bit tatty but at least now I have one. Like most old bikes heaps of shit needs to be bolted to it.
  14. Forgot to mention that was off the tc125. The ali route might be a go I think. But if tf125 forks are the same I should be sweet. After I ran out of things to do on the tc I took the clutch cover off the gsx750 to discover that the fuel that didn’t overflow on to the drive way made its way into the engine It never ends.
  15. Finally managed to separate the seized stanchion. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be able to tidy this one up
  16. Still collecting bits for the pop up. I was going to take it to Brass Monkey but I don't trust the clutch basket rattle haha. I just can't wait to get it painted. I hate the blue!
  17. Super exciting build! Always liked supercharged bikes
  18. New plate makes me happy. Fitted my new exhaust too. Highly recommend cycleworks.
  19. Nice bike, I might borrow that paint code for my pop up
