There is no solenoid on the viscous coupler. (probably won't have one it its git abs) If it's alb there will be a electric clutch which will disengage in a abs stop. Mine had a horrible intermittent rattke/noise that was the exhaust hitting the body.

I was poking fun for economy. Maintenance costs of bikes are quite high. I did 12000 km on my fxr and in that time used two sets of tires and a set of front forks. Smiles per miles can't beat a bike
-
Get a bike for cheap running (yes rego/gear etc is more expensive) I got 3L per 100 km on my fxr. Gb seems to get 5

I needed a engineers report on the c10. Was 400 that was for rust/inspection of rust repairs I believe

Should be able to squeeze it into the tray of the chebby -
What's it with wimen using all the fuel? My Mrs is the same. Even on long trips I can use less fuel.
-
Also re nuteral on downhills. Most obd1/2 cars will cut fuel on deceleration so you could use more having engine idling while coasting

Vsr is best option. Need big are diodes and you'll get a volt drop across them so batteries won't charge as well
-
Re charge piping. Turbo - coooler-tb how much less/difference will a section of 2" flow compared to 2.5?
-
I've made this (and ignition cut circuit) doesn't work will on points as is needs the points trigger for a romantic input and when it engages rev limit it feeds into itself and revs go silly. Did do a few pops/bangs though
-
It will back feed. You could try a diode from the crank wire to the relay. Have you double checked all the fuses? Has there been any other wiring work done?

Pretty much. most of the time they will go silly and ecu wont bring up a code as its "within limits" so if engine is warm and sensor says its cole it'll try richen it up wetc -

Replace coolant temp sensor. I've replaced countless ones on taxis for similar issues. Give afm a clean too -
I have found some English info on the nixies, but thanks for the offer. Ran this overnight and all seemed well , apart from the known issues. Will have another look this weekend I've Got some more nixies on the way from russia. Will look into micro controllers/arduino and learn how to program them. Just need a suitable vehicle to put them in haha

hmmm Looks like I'll have to learn how to program micros. Yes its cheating a bit buy looks easier than figuring out TTL stuff someone has beaten me to it -

I have been pondering that. I don't know if the nixie like vibration much

Here is more of my collection. I also have some small hitachi ones. I would like to make a thermometer with the bar graph one. still working out what else to make with the rest
-
Thanks. I've got a few more tubes so will see what else I can make up. Next thing will probably be with a micro. I wanted this to be period correct hence all stuff on the board
