Cheers man yeah figured for 337.33 even if it was toast I could use it for parts for my c50 but seems to be running mint, just need to seal a few oil leaks went for a night ride and discovered the speedo didn’t light up figured since I had the cluster apart and the handle bar loose I’d chuck my old cx500 straight bars on, also remembered I had a speedo too so on that went

  8. standard falcon turbo one is similar size and theyre around that hp rating so if its a decent intercooler should be fine?
  9. Just clocked up 50 trouble free ks such modern reliable efficiency fuel needles still on full (was overful after I put a whopping 2.5L in) oh and slapped some yellow lens tint on, I think it’s growing on me

  12. speaking of metal in bodys, my boy just got his taken out in august, the screws were far longer than i had envisaged asked the surgeon why they take the plate and screws out etc, he just said its better etc (no real firm reason) wifes been crook on and off this year with whack blood samples been to a few specialists, latest one reckons because she still has metal in her back (scoliosis rods) its not uncommon for the body to react to the metal after about 15yrs, theyve been in 20!

I “accidentally” bid on this whoops, on the upside I now have a working bike turners description stated frontal damage once I got it OS Gc freighted from Auckland I put the handle bars back to the correct position soldered/plastic melted the damaged fairing took it for a hoon (started first pop! Pretty good for 69 thousand kms on the clock) took for wof and surprisingly got a clean sheet! Stoked

  19. having never done more than a few ks on a motorbike whats your guys usual stash of tools for long rides/in general im thinking tube or two tyre tools few adjustable spanner or certain sizes for wheel removal etc? spare plug and plug spanner spare 4T oil ive got a small 1/4 socket set what else?
  20. it does state that the plate is meant to be in as new condition or some such, im not sure how fussy they are about that i cleaned mine and used a black pen over a big crack through the middle and lo res photos just in case
