  1. A friend of mine did some mod to the CVT on his Yamaha 50cc scooter and it will do 90 now doing down a slight hill
  2. This has always been by far the worst car show ever
  3. What dose that exhaust sound like?
  4. I would need a few more motors to pull that
  5. I just built a mini trailer for it but I need a hitch to complete it, I will get some photos tommrow. I have an old single furrow plow that I found that could be made to fit but I have no use for one, I need to make something to get rid of the hump with develops in the middle of our driveway
  6. How much dose it cost roughley to get a car put on a chassis jig? I am working on a anglia and the panel cert guy wants a certificate saying its not out of wack as it has had some repairs on the nose cone.
  7. I have lots of new and used Kohler engine parts if anyone needs, especially ring sets and rods, I have stacks of them.
  8. if you somehow prevent it from moving like chaining it to something it would, it will climb a tree otherwise
  9. New valves and bored +10 thou & block decked
  10. Didn't really take any photos but its all back together, did two heat cycles on the engine today, it would be all done but I need 2 grub screws to hold the front pulley on, engine dosnt clatter or smoke like it use to, I got rid of the counter balance gears in the motor as they are shit and time bombs. Also made a trailer, I need one of those hitches for it tho.
  11. I saw you in Henderson the otherday
  12. I got a new pair of coils to fit to a outboard motor I am fixing and at 1st I thought they were the wrong ones as they had rubber casings with ferrite chokes through the middles. It turns out thats all just packing, why would coils need ferrite chokes when there sitting on the shelf? they go through the mounting hole witch is the center of the coil.
  13. Would you have a Imp motor you want to part with? a friends friend is restoring an old home made hovercraft and it uses 2 Imp motors.
  14. There are a couple 1600 x flow motors I used the distributors from to make one good one for the 105e, also will the oil pumps off a 1600 x flow work with the 105e?
  15. There is a block witch has been machined and a head witch looks like it has been skimmed and rebuilt and a reground crank with new bearings, but everything has been sitting and is covered in shit.
  16. Its for a friend, it had a 1600x flow in it but he wants the 105 motor so I can pretty much say he dosnt want the twin carbs, I am putting extractors on it for him tho as there was a set in all his shit. Cool I will look for one of those distrubtors, witch would be best Nissan or Honda?
  17. I am going to put together a 105e motor next week, there are a few motors on the floor to get parts from but all of the distributors are worn, someone was telling me you can use a Honda City distributor with a few mods, has anyone any info on this? also where would I find an oil filter cartridge?

I wonder if the linkage bearings will be bearings available form a bearing shop? I think the seals have spacers bonded to them and would only be available in a kit

If you can get a Pivot Works bearing kit for the linkages they come with a life time grantee, so much nicer than the cheep ones, most people destroy every bearing in the bike with a waterblaster, Its nice when people have greased the axles,
  20. Block is away being bored and new guides fitted and crank ground, I wont see it for a wile as I am sure they will take there time.
  21. probably not, its about $10 a rod and if you over heat it with the torch and it turns black the whole lot will go bad
  22. I got some of those alloy repair rods from trademe, they work very well with the oxyacetylene, its a cross between soldering and brazing, you can join alloy and copper together as well.
  23. I had some high tensile bolts done in bright zinc and they snapped off like carrots
