Snoozin Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 I can't afford to get to Nats on my own so I'm keen on a passenger to help out with costs (excl car cost on ferry). The Datsun isn't super super thirsty... it gets around 10.5l/100km currently and it is a fairly comfy ride. There is a slight catch - I need to leave the car in Christchurch afterwards so travel back from Chch will need to be a flight or organise a lift back with another attendee. I kinda need to know by the end of this week so I can put plans into action and get leave organised etc. It's highly likely we will leave after work on the Weds before Nats, stay at my folks Weds night then catch a Thurs ferry to the South. I have leave approved right up till the 20th (to make sure I can get to Iced Earth) so plenty of time to be flexible about getting back home. Or to take a South Island wilderness tour.
