My mate had one of these when we were at varsity in P.Nth in the early 90s. One Saturday we decided to drive to the horse races in Hastings - such a fun trip. We had the beetles greatest hits on tape and we kept rewinding "I am the walrus" -lol I had a Mk 1 cortina but these are better cars because you sit much lower and the interior is so much more classy/comfy Anyway, yeah, maybe put the chrome trim back on? I will probably mock some fake ones up and see how it looks before purchasing unless someone can photoshop awesomely? Also none of the panels are very straight. I couldnt be bothered making it look mint as. The side trim is long gone and the holes welded up by a previous owner. I actually think it looks better, less stuff going on.
