HighLUX
The head in question is off a gen2 3sge, its been skimmed twice(once when rebuilt and when the head corroded) but now Iv had water mixing with oil issues im guessing it needs another skim before re-assembly. cubastreet
you'll probably want to reassemble with the old gasket and check valve clearances etc to see if you can take any more off it.
JoKer
or alternatively CC the head? and get gaskets to suit desire plasticine trick comes to mind for both clearances and cc'ing
crazy_rich
What mongol said. Plus if its been done twice in a rebuilding sense it will have only had 20-30 thou taken off it. I wouldnt be scared of taking another 10- 20 thou off it again. I doubt the valves run that close.
