Anyone have / know of yard / carpark space being unused? Will need to get electric hookup etc but have check meter currently installed so can keep track of what power I use etc Possible in the yard near Pinkys workshop - its in the coldest part of Wellington (Owhiro Bay) and is a fairly average landlord - although if you are self contained - don't speed in the compound and keep out of his hair then you'll only be hassled once or twice a year.
