Uneven brakes

ok so this stupid Wilwood proportioning valve has a 1/8 -27 NPT thread in it but it also comes with adapters to change that to 3/8 -24. Any idea where i might find an adapter to change it to a metric thread? Ive rung Waitamata, BNT, Autostop and Sterling brake and clutch and they have nothing.

what a primo site for bolts, nuts, fittings etc? This Wilwood proportioning valve takes a 1/8th thread so i need an adapter to take my toyota/metric flare bolts.

You will most probably find your brake lines will have an OD of 3/16" = 4.76mm - your pipenut threads will be 1/8 NPT.

It would be best to cut an inch out of your brake line and put pipenuts and flares onto the line..

So (if the valve doesn't already come with them) just get pipenuts that will suit your 1/8 NPT thread and 3/16" OD pipe. They are fairly standard and available from any brake specialists like BnT or Autostop in Auckland

Does the waka not have a factory proportioning valve thing for when the rear of the car lifts? if you have lowered the car and not adjusted this (if it has one) then that would probably explain the rears locking up first. I had to adjust this when I lowered the 124. It could even just be that it's seized (had this happen on the delta) Sorry if this is the case and you have already bought a valve you may not need :doubt:
