hey, with the port size difference, you will be better off getting a cylinder head from a 1993-1996 non-turbo RVR Sports Gear, they have the same port sizes as that evo inlet manifold but would have ideal cams for the N/A application.

changing the cylinder head wont alter the compression ratio - it's the pistons which determine that. The small port Evo/RVR heads are much better for low down/mid range torque.

It would be a good thing to do but I'm trying to put all the money I can in to the paint. Anyway I think that I will be happy with the power increase that I will get from this swap.

Yes, also I'm going to use it for long trips and the odd club event. I'm hoping to be able to do 10,000 to 15,000km a year in it
