Without (hopefully) telling you how to suck eggs. You do know you can adjust Mini/1300 etc BJ's by shuffling shim sizes and requirement to replace should be very rare?

 

I always kept a good range of shim thicknesses on a piece of old earth cable tied off the side of your parts shelf as my pappy did and my pappy's pappy in the old country etc...

Yip good tip K-Trips for those still running running mini hubs, I'm running the early non vented metro gear which are a sealed non-shimmable balljoint..

 

 

I think I also have a stash of balljoint shims along with some diff shims for under the output shaft covers..

 

 

might just leave this link here so I remember which balljoint i need to buy next time.
