Beaver
the indicators on my scooter will go on, ie light up, but they wont flash.... what are some possible causes of this? dud flasher unit? there is one indicator bulb out, so could that be causing it? kyteler
Yep. Replace bulb, check earths. Likely fine after that. Also, didn't I read somewhere about you not having a battery? That won't be helping if it's still the case.

Beaver
yeh got one side flashing, the side with both bulbs, the other side doesnt flash, but im assuming thats just cause its missing a bulb
tortron
yea all bulbs need to be present otherwise there is not enough resistance in the circuit to trip the flasher

peteretep
yea all bulbs need to be present otherwise there is not enough resistance in the circuit to trip the flasher only per side, if one side has all/both bulbs then it would work, if the other had one out then it may not work, my escort still worked with one out on one side, just worked slower

fuel
yeah some cars are different, most will flash uber fast when a bulb is out, some will flash real slow or some just stay on.
