Raizer
Would have to have a look in person to compare springs & shocks, but, the Holden Torana was based on the HB viva, which then became the LC torana - same double wishbone front end, coil spring rear end.. Your getting LC Toranas mixed up with HB Toranas. HB Toranas were the first Toranas and are basically rebadged HB Vivas, and the toranas still had the same 1256 as the Viva.

m0ss4yy
or do the most obvious and time saving thing. cut the springs and get shocks shortened.. free to chop the springs and only like $40 per shok to get shortened.. or just buy short shox. fuel
however had you actually read this whole post (yes BOTH pages..) you would have known you can't cut the rear springs. Also, try finding shorter shocks for the front for a reasonable amount of money.
Southern Hardstyle
o0o viva owner also, how about shortened shocks for the rear? have cut dobi's in there atm, sits nice in the front, but the rear is still too high

Especially doing extra things to it like lowering, conversions, etc.
m0ss4yy
I have heard you can use barina springs in the rear and if u cut about 1 1/2 coils or so off the fronts they are still captive (enough)
