It will have to be certed seeing as a 910 was built in 79 and the CA18DET was int a car until 88

SR doesnt even come into it. 4k for a SR is a waste of money.

Matsun has/had a FJ on tardme for 2k. id rather the FJ myself but i dont have the cash for it right now.

Youll get away with a cadet in their id say. Technically you need a cert etc and since ya getting one for other shit then there is no prob. Especially since nothing needs custom making etc.

Did the car ever come with the ca18det in any model? or the ca18et?

not that I've seen

I guess a car with engine conversion is more likely have more force exerted on such parts, thus morlikely that a tailshaft will let go? dunno. isn't a big thing to add in. some of the driveshafts I've seen in stuf like escorts with 2litres etc, and v8 conversions stuff = pretty tiny.

Id say youll get away with it man. Can only try.

Driveshaft loop = no prob, easiest thing in world to construct.

but not the easiest thing in the world to make look good. No one likes slapped together afterthoughts clinging on underneath a car.

Ca18det, should go fairly good, my CA18DE poobird goes fairly well, add a turbo = yeah baby.
