phillip@premierauto.co.nz
this is not a race meeting, it is a sprint meeting, wich means there is about 10 cars on the track at once spread out in about 30 second intervills doing about 6 or 10 laps then the next group goes out. it is good for testing or learning, any cars are welcome, you dont have to have a ford, but you do have to have a minimum of a club sport licence, can be purchased from motorsport nz, check out the motorsports web site for licence fees and application forms. Gaz
^^^ The vertical part wasnt cut back far enough. The sump I sent you to use was a Sierra sump. I didnt realise untill I got it back that there is a differance between the sierra sumps and the cortina ones. The sierra ones have a longer bowl. From what I kinda assume is that you guys know how much to cut off a cortina sump. So you modded mine like a cortina sump but it was a Sierra so it wasnt cut back enough. If you had done the same thing with a cortina sump it would have worked.
