are the minx thermo housings the same as the hunters? just tried to find a pic of the one i got made up, but failed. you can just see it on the top of this pic. mmm shiny bling ah glad they fixed the cracking problem in the hunters then. iv never had a problem with any of mine, standard ones and up spec'd one

nothing wrong with alloy heads as long as you dont get the motor too hot(which happens very easily with the lovely hillman problem of blowing headgaskets) Something about the block having a hot spot or something or rather. Heads warp easily.
