I've put spacers in and one wheel still rubs. the other one is sweet. Any reason why this could be. They are the front ones and they are the same size tyres. what to do??? You could go to the hassle and get bigger spacers made, but you need to get cert for it, and its dangerous if you do it wrong. Sell them and get ones that fit, trust me. rxtoy Posted October 25, 2004 Share Posted October 25, 2004 its not exactly uncommon for old cars to have bends in their struts, could be that. i've actually heard of people bending them to add camber but its pretty imprecise and you wouldn't want to go too far because it could affect the movement of your strut insert.
