shock shop in timaru just did my allignment with some extra negative camber (2.5 degress) handles really nice with heaps of turn in even at high speed

yeah definitly LSD and some big fat soft tyres with low pressure, and if all else fails tub it and get some fat arse hoosiers or micky Ts:D

you should definitly replace it sooner rather than later, its pretty easy to damage ya head one ya got a blown gasket

yeah im definitly going to get a set for my new engine also the primera ones are propaply a common shape that are universal for a few models making them cheaper than the ones for an anglia

and yes there is different grades of urthane, except they are not called urthane each different grade has its own exact name just depends exactly whats in it

yeah this would put more strain on ya chassis but if it can handle it it would be a good thing, and movement in ya mounts is lost torque that is been wasted instead of sent down ya drivetrain sounds good i might look into a set

BNT has most shit like brake pads and suspension parts and pretty much anything ya need for ya car, pretty much like repco but without the shitty accessories(altho they do have a few)

if your taking the paint off anyway then too much thinner is only going to make your job of preping the roof for painting easier anyway

we put a 2t-geu(im thinking they will be the same mounts as 3t) in my mates ke30 engine and t50 box bolted straight in but had to muck around with hydrolic clutch, but wasnt hard just cut the brakets and hydrolic clylinders off a 3t powered corona wagon and welded them onto the firewall of the ke30

sounds like ya allternator has had it, cost me $160 (not an escort one but i thinks its pretty much a std price)to get mine recond, but after i did that i found out i could have brought a brand new chrome plated one from roadrunner starters for $180, so depending on what you want to spend they might be worth a call

it depends on who makes the wheel usally, but there are places about that will re-drill holes and alter offsets and dish, but its not cheap, re-drilling isnt that difficult tho, its even easier if its the same PCD

yeah i cert all things that are needed to be and the rest is done by the book, if for no other reason when the cops pull ya up its nice to be able to laugh at them, cuase you know theres nothing wrong my old car had papers for chopped springs, i replaced all the suspension with propper stuff but was good cuase i could go as low as 70mm on sills to the ground, so that kinda came in handy

as great as these look you have to have mechanical entry to ya car(law says so sorry), a good methode is to rig up ya wing mirror to ya latch or just have a small button near the window seal(so still its hard to see)

it will be covered by the flare tho, dont bolt it on at the edge of the guard bolt it on over the origanal metal flared bit on the car, looks better and will cover any damage to the paint my flares were stolen off my car the other day too, so if you like i can post a pic of what my actauly guards look like if you want?

if your origanal guards rub then flare them out with a hammer or somin of the likes, then just bolt them on, you dont really want to cut your guards out cuase it leaves a sharp edge that will cut into your tyres pretty quick, hope that sorta helps

if it is really bouncy you may find your sitting on your bump stops, and the other thing is that compressed springs are just as ilegal as cuts
