  1. there pretty good ive got one done 230,000+km now 323i manual msport, few issues tho rear subframe where it bolts to the chassis can start to crack but should of been fixed as there was a recall and if lowed the strut tops can crack or go a bit mushroomed looking .Oil level sensor die on them but i check it anyway price for parts isn't too bad for a new yet semi old car ive brought a bit through bmw diff bush, throttle cable , selector bushes ect all ok prices few things up there, but i just buy that online through ebay or European part sites heaps around
  2. try cleaning the connections first to airbag ect
  3. very nice good to see David doing some work once he stops talking
  4. it would do but the holes had been drilled bigger to fit the bigger bolts that the camber plates have cheers

  6. yea you could be right i might have a kf valve still floating around to have a look to see if its the same as a kl one
  7. sadly not im in need of a set myself . not sure on the 1.8 and 2l would say they would be different as they run smaller dia valves
  8. sounds good really keen for pics, also if you haven't use a set of de keepers on the 2.5 you build up so you don't drop a valve
  9. haha yea a sc12 or 14 would be the go or spend alittle more and get a m90 like i had . would be fine for 8psi at least and then if you wanted to make sure its safe get some millenia s supercharger rods and rebush the ends to fit the kl piston then millenia s injectors ,would be a very nice setup and not too bad on the wallet by the looks of what your manged to do in the last few months...
  10. vf10 IHI turbo off Subaru one for each bank 2x 1250cc , would be great some lag to get moving and get traction haha
  11. ask Ian aka DSORDA hes should be on mmc or if you want i can txt him not sure what he did with his rear end think he went with custom axles with his bg 323 with a 4g63 and evo rear diff and gtx mazda hubs
  12. not too sure at the moment really might keep it on the road so i don't need a trailer how much are structural cert normally?
  13. yea i will give it a go with one fan only and kind of make a shroud should be ok its a brass/copper 3 core one and progress for the other car started cutting to make room for bigger radiator ,more space around engine ect bit ruff but plan on removing more so doesn't matter plan to do the above with a tubed lower radiator support too and maybe another tube from the strut towers to the front of the chassis rails and then 8 point roll cage in the back then slam it some more 8-9cms and get wider tyres then 205's then hopefully start saving for some engine parts, Zetec shimless buckets ,2.0DOHC Neon titanium springs and titanium retainers+scat 347 rods and CZT 12:1 pistons should do the job
  14. are the e30 ones a soft rubber and kind of bend-able?
  15. the fans are reversible so you can make them push instead of suck
  16. haha video still working on next time i take it to work for a wof again i will get one for you
  17. sadly not enough room ,the bf is going to be tweaked with a bit so really need to be able to fit a wider radiator for peace of mind too a 40mm id 3 or 4mm thick tube should be fine for the support?
  18. question with my actual project after having cooling problems with the laser started thinking im going to have to do something with the other car ones, as i cant fit any bigger radiator due to space so requires cutting would this be fine to do for cert wise and on the track, might also tubbed the guards a little depending on how well the front goes so i can run wider tyres then 205s.. any suggest or comments on whats not allowed would be great
  19. had a bit of fun at Manfeild in the laser was great once i manged to get a full 3 laps, had brake problems at the start the rotors heated up alot and ended up touching the inside the caliper bracket i upgraded the brakes to eunos 800 twin pot calipers and the ae111 rotors been turned down to 260mm should of got another mm taken off instead took a die grinder to the calipers bracket where it was touching at the track got some sweet looks from people well doing soo.. and ended up getting overheating problems with my custom 3 core brass radiator hoping its just not bleed fully, as it would be fine one sec then not the next then fine again was crazy hot tho about 30 degs then had fans on hot to try and help cool it down was funny how many people thought it was turbo
  20. have a look at nb top hats cant remember now if they were shorter or longer then the na ones
  21. also a thing to note is if you have a b6d it will have the turbo rods just a little higher comp from pistons so can easy be turbo easy if you want to go down that path a m3 lip would look really nice on one
  22. wow another 323 person so whats the plans keep it reliable or going to a b6t ,bpt ,fe3 ,f2t, kf or a kl? depending on how keen you are hahaha the bpt conversion is always fun , but you should upgrade the brakes if you do that as they are really shit with a 1.8 turbo behind it as said above
  23. sweeet fixed it time for the track tomorrow cheers guys
  24. found few marks inside the caliper rotor was rubbing on it ,gave it a grind doesn't do it under braking now, instead with speed will have another grind and see if it fixes it . wheel bearings are brand new
