i put air bags in my evo a few years ago it was really easy, i brought a kit from overseas $2k was shit everything craped out but now that i know what i do i could do it again for under $1000 i took the sway bars out of the evo so i could do show stuff side to side etc and the car handled better then factory and had no body roll what so ever for a controler all ya need is 4x 2way switches and 8 relays its best to have 2 valves per bag one up and one down if you run just 2 valves for 2 bags so front 2 bags up and front 2 bags down you run the risk of air transfer from side to side (not very nice to drive) as for leveling all most people do is buy 2 duel needle air gauges one gauge for front one for back orange needle for right and black for left and you just pump the bags to a pressure tapping the buttons its very easy and can be done real fast once you know how you like it i had a 5 gal air tank that would do 4 full car up and downs before i had to wait for the air to pump back up

i can't find any sort of adjuster on the pump, at the mo it doesn't blow any smoke and seems like it runs on just air as it dosen't use stuff all fuel

cheap = as close to FREE as pos less then $100 got a baby due next week so no money for cars

you might be right lol but it took me 30km foot flat on the floor to just hit 100kmh by the time it got there i was in a 80km area so had to slow down i would at least like to hit 100 just a little faster not after a race car

hey i seem to now own a mazda bongo van with a 2ltr diesel and it seems to lack in power as i don't know much bout diesel engines is there anything CHEAP and quick that i can do to get a little more power out of it cheers

if you had that issue you should notice your water going down all the time

ive seen a car in the past sucking brake fluid makes it blow white smoke would be a good place to check and rule it out

got board and have no money to spend on my car at this point had my mates 18x9s volk rays in my shed there 4x114.3 and 5x114.3 so thought i would give them a try on the dirty 30 they bolted on and spun fine looked all good to drive on till i droped it to the ground and found the gards sit on the wheels lol took a couple pics plan is to paint the car one day but need color ideas want something good thats not the same as everyone else

right everyone else is so i wanted to get in on the fun just before xmas last year i found a offroad gokart didn't know nothing about it just that it had been sitting in a wood shed for 12 years, i talked to the owner and he said his son had tried to get it going but all the wires cought fire and the battery exploded, next question was wanna sell it his answer was yes and it was mine. got it home and started to have a look over it someone has built it using parts of a mini, honda bike and a midgit cage parts. the frame is covered in serface rust witch i'll need to sand and paint (any tips on the easy way to do this let me know) found a basic guide to wire up the engine so followed that and put a batterey in turned the key and pressed the start button and it wound over pluged in the coils and it had spark things were looking good put fuel in and boom it was a runner. next was to free up the sezed clutch pedal got that free and working in 20 mins by that time i was sick of waiting jumped in fired it up time to see how it goes dumped the clutch spun the wheels was off down the street lucky no cops were round had it in first was just bout lifting the wheels off the ground poped it in to second and my street is short so was time to stop it was at this point i relized what i hadn't looked at yet i pushed the break pedal and NOTHING straght through the intersection with my eyes closed till i rolled to a stop lol put it in first and took it easy to get it home so i could look at why i had no stopers. (i'll get some better photos on here later this is all i could find for now) got it back home found the breaks were mini drums and sezed managed to get them free and gave them a quick blead found the line to the rear drums was broken so i blocked it off thought just the front should be fine like a car the main breaks are the front plus this ment i should be able to do stand stills so we took it down to the mud flats in the weekend had a mate follow me in the lux second gear was doing just over 50km and pulling away time to stop again foot on the break both front wheels lock up and i DON'T STOP just keep on going for ages (who needs to stop anyway) kart specs rusty frame 400cc honda 4 stroke 6 speed cheap shocks mini drum breaks mini rims with atv tyres will post more info and edit this post more later just in a rush during lunch at work

i always wanted to have a huge race with them was only me and one of my mates that had them and my mate is a stick man so the lack of weight ment i couldn't get off the mark as good as him good vid of a mini moto gp lol grown men on little bikes

i had the same issue with a alarm i had in one of my cars, on my one you change settings in the alarm menu by turning the key on and off and i forgot this by pure luck i turned the key on and off the right number of times to get it in menu mode then a couple more to go in new remote learning mode once in there your ment to use the old remotes and the new one to save them all but because i didn't know i was in it i didn't and left which cleared all remotes so all of them did nothing took me ages to work that out can't remember what brand it was tho it could be a issue along that line.

or a car trailer that can be lowered so ya don't need ramps

i thought bout doing somthing like that with a caravan using air bags so it could be jacked for towing and when ya camping slam it on the ground no need for jacks to stop it tipping up

my mates ke26 is 4x114.3 stud patten did they come out 110?

hahaha sick ive got one of these im bout the same weight and got mine up to 60km easy with the g/f driving a car along side i love being able to put it in the boot of the car and take it were ever. heaps of parts for them on trademe the first thing i had to do to mine was strip it and rebuild using lock tight as all the bolts and screws rattle undone the more you use it and the breaks full off

if its real rusty tie one end to a post and the other end on a car towball and drive works a treat otherwise just a slide hammer put chan on wheel nuts make sure there done all the way up or you can damage the studs most well used diffs will just slide out with out any need of force.

hey guys went on a rod run in the weekend to kaikora heres a few pics from the day was a nice sunny day with no wind (mods move this if you think it should be in a different area) i didn't know if the wagon would make it but it did after 16 years in the shed its first long distance trip i couldn't be bothered uploading them to photobucket so have linked from facebook but if they stop working i'll re host them and fix it

not much of a update coming up to wof time and got a little rust that needs fixing also going on a cruze to kaikora on the 25th sep with some of the local hot rod guys should be intresting and im sure i will be sponsering a fuel station with the amount of fuel it will take me to get there lol

that mini wagon is kool i gotta get me one almost looks like mine apart from its a chev and mine is ford lol
