  2. Jealous as of the tidiness of the rest of the car. Stick at it like i did with mine. Even when you want to give up and forget you wasted so much time and money on it. Eventually it pays off.

  5. ^Thats what i was just thinking too. Was thinking how little difference the inertia of air would make with pressures. Should ask my dad. He owns a workshop with half dedicated to turbochargers lol.
  6. The pressure wave must go backwards. It makes sense to have the bov at the throttle cos thats where the air will become compressed first as all the other air in the pipe comes crashing against the closed plate.

  8. Why arent you running a thermostat? Your heater would instantly work a million times better if you did, and the engine temperature would be more stable. P.S. Corona coupes are awesome Thermostatic fan switch - as in the one that turns the fans on - doesnt exist in that honda rad. Still have the mechanical thermostat in there. With the switch off and such a small radiator I just about have a full heater by the end of the drive way lol.

  11. I put a switch in the fan circuit so i could have a heater as the motor just wasnt heating up. Although the fan was on the ignition so it ran 24/7 cos theres no thermostat in the radiator. Mines a crazy little single core thing with little plastic header tanks. Will swap it one day. Would make a good W2A IC radiator.
  12. Awesome. Father bought two of these in america cos they were cheap. No one wants them as leaf blowers. 5HP 160cc Honda New etc. Could twist dads arm to sell it for $300. Could make the motor look old school + it would go hard. You probably dont want to spend that much but would be sweet laying a skinny number 11 down the foot path.
  13. ^ maybe cos aftermarket turbos come with no internal so you use an external? Plus you can easily have a screamer, where as its not so easy to make a screamer with an internal gate? I dont really know but cos most are noobs here might as well say something that someone else can correct... I reckon a gate plumbed back into a sweet exhaust sounds way better than screamer.
  14. Yeh, Ill be watching this. Simple things like should a bov be closer to turbo or throttle butterfly?
  15. Definitely my fave car on this forum... So i drew a picture: (anything to distract me from study) Would sell everything for one of these. Keep us updated / do more work on it
  16. So i got the 3sgte. gen 2 with a rebuilt bottom end, rebuilt ct20b turbo and two boxes with a VLSD to put in one. Plan to go nuts after exams and try get it put in my car. Got axles and AFM and ECU and IC and twin pots basically everything to make it work. Just got to make two mounts (two bolt up) and wire the engine harness / ecu into the AW11 loom.
