My Healing Cruiser had a seized rear 3 speed hub.
I know fuck all about these things, but managed to pull it to bits, grease it, reassemble, hop on, shift gears, profit.
Scored this thing today for a bargin.
Does anyone know any more about it? Says made in NZ on whats left of the sticker under the seat.
Seat is a German made Wittkop with a sweet cover.
Also has tools/patch kit etc in pannier bag.
Sorry for massive/side ways photos haha
Currently in storage with no WOF.
As I went for a cert, but new camber laws have caused me a fair amount of grief.
Buuut seeing I haven't changed any factory rear suspension components as long as I keep it above 100mm no worries.
No one can come up with 'factory' camber amounts either as they weren't stated in the books so who knows.
So I'm getting the front narrowed adjustable beam through a cert hopefully next week.
Fingers crossed as this thing is taking me to beach hop.
Also, lowered more before the attempted cert haha;
That paint job is rough, even a re-do with cans would be better.
Did this thing use to be completely brown and dorting around Henderson on widened steels?
17s? Shit. Did not notice.
That should be interesting, too large for me personally but have seen some really nicely pulled off.
I did this like on 17s
Digging through my pics doesn't seam like you're the first kiwi on 17" BRMS, thats a NZ plate.
^ I think thats exactly what I've got. Wanting to go to Smart Car tires in the front for more low though. Or 135s.
But seeing yours is a little higher I think the 145s will be sweet and keep a good contact patch for that monster motor thats coming at it haha.
Yeah good meeting you too dude.
Haha wtf, score! I would have bid if they'd come with tyres.
Well done man, get rid of the red tbh. I think go black.
They will be awesome once its lower
