Shit that sucks man. My ke70 wagon had rust up there aswell and was leaking in the foot wells like crazy so i firbe glassed the holes up, worked a treat haha. Was to scared to drill out the spot welds and see how bad it really was

Small update Got my 15x7 meshies powder coated gold to match the 15x7.5, cheers tarren for the tyre hook ups Also for the 1st time in YEARS, i managed to get a clean sheet, 1st time at the local VTNZ for my WOF. So stoked!
